Congratulations on looking for ways to help your student become a better reader. Academic Associates Reading Clinic's  Reading Program  has provided so many students with the basic skills they need  to become solid readers.
 
I hope to use this blog as a resource for reading and to help students and their parents find answers to their learning questions.

    Kristi Slack

    Kristi is a graduate from Michigan State University and a Certified Reading Instruction Specialist. She has a family member who has struggled with reading. Instead of standing by waiting for someone else to step in to help those who can't read,  she decided to roll up her sleeves and learn how to teach people how to read. She has tutored preschoolers, elementary through high school students and adults who were non-readers.
