Kristi Slack is Owner/Director of the Academic Associates Reading Clinic located in Gurnee, Illinois. She is a Certified Reading Instruction Specialist and holds a B.A. degree in Communications from Michigan State University. Kristi has met the tutoring requirements for the Illinois Secretary of State Literacy Office and ProLiteracy Worldwide. She has tutored reading to both school-aged children and adults.
As a Reading Instruction Specialist, she desires to provide an opportunity for all students, no matter their abilities, to learn to read and to know the joy and opportunity reading can bring to their lives.
